For the zucchini sauce, peel the onion and cut the zucchini into small cubes. Oil in a pot and fry the onion with the diced zucchini. Add a little water and season with salt, bouillon cube, pepper, chili powder and garlic. Cook until the zucchini cubes are cooked but still firm to the bite.

Mix flour with whipped cream and stir into zucchini sauce. Finally, mix in the chives.
