For the zucchini rolls on skewers, top the zucchini slices with ham and cheese, sprinkle with chopped basil.
Wrap into rolls and put on the skewer. Calculate 5-6 rolls per serving. Place the finished skewers on a rack, as the salted ham will dehydrate the zucchini a bit.
