Zucchini Parmesan Chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 110 °C.

Cut the zucchini into thin slices (with a knife or grater). Finely grate the Parmesan cheese. Press the garlic.

In a large enough bowl, mix the zucchini slices with the Parmesan, garlic, vinegar and a little salt.

Line several baking sheets with parchment paper and place the zucchini slices one by one (or use one sheet several times in a row).

Bake the chips in the preheated oven for about an hour, until they are crispy. Keep checking to make sure they don’t burn.

Remove from baking paper while still warm, as they will stick when cooled.
