For the zucchini in cornflakes breading, cut the zucchini lengthwise into slices 1.5 cm wide, salt. Beat the egg and mix with the milk. Crush cornflakes a little with a rolling pin.
Dredge zucchini slices in flour, pull through beaten egg and turn in cornflakes, pressing well.
Heat oil in a frying pan, fry zucchini on both sides until golden brown, drain on paper towel.
