Zucchini Ham Patties

For the zucchini ham patties, cook the patties in water according to package instructions. Strain the meatballs and allow to cool briefly.

Cut the zucchini and ham into cubes, chop the onion into small cubes. Fry onion, zucchini and ham briefly in oil.

Mix eggs with milk, whipped cream, salt and pepper.

Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Mix Fleckerl with vegetables and ham, add the eggs-whipped cream-milk and pour everything into the baking dish.

Bake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 40 minutes and serve the zucchini ham patties with fresh salad.
