Instructions:

1. milk, flour and eggs mix well, season with salt and pepper.

2. rinse the zucchini and cut both ends small. Cut into very small cubes.

3. form in boiling salted water and blanch at low temperature for no more than one minute. Drain well in a sieve or on kitchen paper. 4.

4. form zucchini in the batter, stir well. Drop by tablespoonfuls into the oil heated to 180 °C. When the fritters are light brown, remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper. Serve while still hot.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
