Zucchini Chips From the Hot Air Fryer

For the zucchini chips, first shave the zucchini not too thin. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese.

Mix all ingredients.

Place the zucchini slices one by one on the (greased) griddle. Bake in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer at 160 °C for 10 minutes until the chips get some color. Then bake at 110 °C for about 50 minutes until crispy.

The parmesan coating ensures that the zucchini chips are nice and crispy. Keep peeking in to make sure the zucchini chips don’t burn. Repeat until all the zucchini slices are used up.

A variation:If you want really super great, thoroughly crispy chips, and have a little patience, let the zucchini slices bake for 10 minutes at 160 °C and then for 5 hours at only 70 °C. It’s worth it!
