Instructions:

Grate zucchini into small pieces and mix well with all other ingredients (except the water). Add water as needed.

Bake at 180 °C for about 30-40 minutes (depends a bit on the size of the springform pan).

Allow to cool, remove from the mold and decorate the zucchini cake as desired, e.g. with powdered sugar, nuts and/or chocolate icing.
