For the Yorkshire pudding, grease the molds (e.g. muffins molds) with plenty of oil, then put in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. At the very bottom of the tube, place a bowl of water inside.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make a smooth batter. Take the preheated, oiled molds out of the oven and fill 2/3 with batter.

After about 15-20 minutes the Yorkshire pudding is ready.
