A great cake recipe for any occasion:

1. separate eggs. Whip egg whites until stiff, adding 50 g confectioners’ sugar at the end. Beat egg yolks and oil until creamy. Add 100 g powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and yogurt and stir everything together briefly. Mix flour and baking powder, sift on top and stir in. Gently fold in the snow.

Line a muffin tin (12 cups) with paper cups. Pour in half of the batter. Place 2 chocolate candies in each muffin. Spread remaining batter evenly on top. Bake muffins in heated oven at 175 degrees for approx. 20 min. Cool muffins in the pan for about 10 min, then remove and cool on a cooling rack.

3. Sift 250 g powdered sugar into a large enough bowl. Add 1 egg white and stir everything together until smooth. Finally, stir 1 tbsp water into the icing. Spread frosting on the. Spread on muffins. Spread raspberries evenly on top. Dry the frosting.
