For the wraps, chop the cocktail tomatoes, lettuce and avocados. Fry the mince in the oil and season with the paprika, chili powder and sugar.
Season with salt and pepper. Arrange all the ingredients and serve with the tortillas and seasonings. At the table, everyone can choose the ingredients individually.
Spread the ingredients lengthwise on a tortilla and fold first from the bottom and then from the sides to form wraps.
