For the wok with Mu-Err mushrooms, first put the mushrooms in a pot with water and bring to a boil. Let them simmer gently for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, strain the bamboo shoots and chop them if needed. Clean the leeks and meat and cut into rings or bite-sized pieces.

Now heat some oil in the wok and sear the meat and season with the Chinese seasoning. Then put it on a plate and set aside.

Heat oil again in the wok and now sauté bamboo shoots, leeks and the finely chopped mushrooms in it and season with salt, pepper, sugar, China vinegar and soy sauce. Then pour in the chicken soup and let everything steam for a few minutes.

The wok with Mu-Err mushrooms tastes best served with rice.
