Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Fry the almond kernels until lightly browned. Lift out and drain on kitchen roll.

Add all the vegetables except the white cabbage to the wok or pan, if desired. Sauté the vegetables for 3-4 minutes.

Add the white cabbage, sesame seeds, ginger, and chili seasoning and stir-fry for 2 min. Season to taste.

Add the chopped cilantro, soy sauce and almond kernels and mix gently. Serve garnished with coriander sprigs.
