For the winter grill baked potatoes with bacon, rinse the potatoes with cold water and rub dry. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into thin slices. Place 4 pieces of aluminum foil on the work surface and place the bacon slices on top, spread the garlic slices on top, sprinkle with the marjoram.

Brush the potatoes with the liquid butter and place them on the bacon slices. Wrap well with the aluminum foil and place on the warming grate or grill directly in the embers (about 30 minutes). If you want to be sure if the potatoes are already done, just pierce them with a needle. Unwrap the foil potatoes with bacon and serve immediately.
