Instructions:

Remove meat from refrigerator approx. 30 min. before roasting. Heat clarified butter in a coated frying pan.

Roast steaks on both sides for about 1 minute, season, remove. Reduce temperature, drain drippings. Add grapes, roast about 3 minutes, remove. Return steaks to roasting pan. Spread grapes and cheese evenly on top. Cover and simmer gently for approx. 5 min. at lowest temperature until cheese is melted, season.

Serve with spaetzli
