Instructions:

For the wild herb salad pizza with pumpkin and smoked salmon, make the pizza dough with the ingredients and let it rise once.

Then form into a roll and divide into four even pieces. Pull the dough a bit in width and prick the pizza dough slices (about 10 cm in diameter) several times with a fork. Leave to rise for approx. 15 minutes and bake in the preheated oven (200 °C) (duration: approx. 4 – 5 minutes).

Meanwhile, prepare the wasabi cream by mixing sour cream, yogurt, wasabi horseradish, salt, pepper (from the mill) and lime juice. Spread the wasabi cream on the baked pizza dough slices, top with the sliced smoked salmon and arrange the marinated wild herb salad (or leaf lettuce) on half of it.

Finish with the pickled pumpkin, radish and cucumber strips.
