Instructions:

For the wild garlic pasta, turn on the Pastamaker. Pour in durum wheat semolina. Whisk eggs with wild garlic paste. Fill up to 190 ml with water. Start the pastamaker and slowly pour in the liquid.

Once pasta is dispensed, cut off as desired. Either cook immediately in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes (depending on which pasta attachment you used) or dust with a little flour and let dry.

Dried pasta takes a little longer to cook.
