Instructions:

For wholemeal spelt bread, put flour with baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl and add lukewarm water.

Knead into a dough with the dough hook. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a loaf pan lined with baking paper.

Bake the bread in a non-preheated oven at 220 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from the pan and detach from the paper.

Let the wholemeal spelt bread cool on a cooling rack.
