Instructions:

For the wholemeal plum cake, cream together the butter, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Gradually add the eggs one by one. Then fold the flour, baking powder and grated nuts into the batter.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking tray and top with the halved and pitted plums.

Bake the wholemeal plum cake at 170 °C convection oven for approx. 50 minutes.
