For the whole-grain vegetable loaves, coarsely grate the carrots, cut the leeks into rings, chop the onion.

Bring THEA to hand heat and whisk with the eggs until foamy, add salt and pepper.

Stir in prepared vegetables, Parmesan cheese and rice, bind with a little flour.

Heat enough THEA in a spacious pan, put some rice-vegetable mixture with a ladle, flatten and bake on both sides for about 5 minutes until golden.

Drain on paper towels and serve the whole grain vegetable patties sprinkled with parsley.
