Instructions:

For the white sausage hot dogs, place water in a large pot and bring to a boil. As soon as the water boils, pull the pot to the side. Allow the weisswurst to steep in the hot water for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the remaining ingredients: bake the Bavarian pretzel rolls according to the package instructions, drain the sauerkraut in a sieve and then squeeze out the juice, mix well the yogurt, mustard and mayonnaise for the sauce.

Remove the sausages from the water and peel them. Cut the pretzel rolls in half and cover with sauerkraut and cucumber slices. Place one weisswurst in each and top with sauce and fried onions.

Serve Weisswurst Hot Dogs and enjoy!
