Instructions:

For the white punch, first grate the citrus peels on a vegetable grater.

Bring to a boil with water and black tea, infuse for 10 minutes and strain.

Squeeze the fruit, add the juice to the tea.

Heat the white wine, but do not boil it.

Mix everything together and sweeten.

To the white punch add the rum to taste and serve immediately hot.
