Instructions:

For the white cake prepare the molds, spread with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

For the dough, cut off the edge of the toast and cut into fine cubes, pour milk over them and leave to soften. Soften the chocolate.

Beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until fluffy, fold in lemon zest, grated almonds crumbs and flour. Beat egg whites with granulated sugar until stiff and fold into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into molds and place on a tray with water. Poach the whole thing for 40 minutes at 160 °C hot air.

For the sauce, heat whipping cream and rum, melt chocolate in it, stir well. Arrange on a plate and serve with vanilla ice cream.
