Instructions:

For the white bread, in a large mixing bowl, mix 3/4 of the flour, warm water, oil, salt, dry yeast and sugar, let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume.

Gradually add the rest of the flour and knead everything well. Place in an oiled bowl and turn several times until the dough is full of oil all around.

Cover with a cloth and place in a warm place until it has risen to twice its size. Knead the dough again, divide it and put it in 2 loaf pans, let it rise until the dough has doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 180°C, put it in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes, if the bread gets too dark on the top you can cover it with aluminum foil.

After baking, remove from the pan and let cool on a rack.
