For the watermelon salad, wash lime hot and rub dry well. Peel the zest into zests and squeeze out 3 tablespoons of juice.
Mix both with olive oil, sesame seeds, a little salt and pepper.
Peel the melon, cut into decorative pieces and drizzle with the salad dressing.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish the watermelon salad with parsley.
