Instructions:

Toast the almond leaves. Whip the cream with cream stiffener, add a little Cointreau and honey. Cut grapes in half and remove seeds.

On a fried wan tan sheet, mold a little whipped cream, then sprinkle with flaked almonds, add grapes on top, repeatedly lay a wan tan sheet on top, alternating layers to create a small tower. Finally, dust with powdered sugar.
