A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Chop capers, walnuts, garlic and parsley in a hand mixer. gradually add olive oil and parmesan and whisk to a not-too-fine pesto. Season strongly with the juice of one lemon and freshly ground pepper.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain and arrange on plates with the pesto.
Tip: adjust the individual quantities of nuts, cheese, capers, parsley of course to your own desire!
