For the walnut baguette, mix the two types of flour and place in the bowl of a food processor.
Add dry yeast, salt, oil, honey and lukewarm water. Let the food processor knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for about 1 hour. In the meantime, roughly chop the walnuts.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. Knead the dough well again, adding the chopped walnuts.
Form two baguettes from the dough, cover with a tea towel and let rise again for 30 minutes. Then place the blanks on the baking sheet, make several sharp cuts on the top edge and dust lightly with flour. I
Place in the oven and bake until done, about 18-20 minutes. The bread is done when you tap the underside and it sounds hollow. Allow the walnut baguette to cool completely before cutting.
