Instructions:

Peel and chop onion and saute in melted hot butter for 5 minutes.

Mix minced meat with onion in a bowl. Finely chop basil or parsley.

Soak bread rolls in water, squeeze and stir in together with herbs and egg yolks.

Add whipped cream and cheese. Season with salt.

Form small balls (3 to 4 cm ø) from the mixture.

Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the balls until crispy brown (approx. 15 minutes).

Either serve immediately or cool and serve as finger food.
