A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Rinse and clean the scallions and cut them into pieces about 3 cm long. If the heads are very thick, halve or quarter them beforehand.

Clean the oyster mushrooms (do not rinse) and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. In the beginning, sauté the scallions and then the oyster mushrooms in it until hot, allowing both to brown slightly. Next, reduce the temperature and cook everything together for 5 to 7 minutes until al dente.

Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper and extinguish with the vinegar.

Tip: Tastes best lukewarm, but can also be eaten warm or cooled.
