The mild polenta dumplings are filling and provide additional calcium. The young vegetable contains many vitamins and is easy to digest.
Bring semolina to a boil with the milk in a saucepan, stirring. Simmer for about 7 min over low heat, stirring occasionally. Mix the quantity with parmesan, salt and cream cheese. When the porridge has cooled a little, form it into about 20 dumplings.
