Clean, rinse and chop the soup vegetables. Sauté in hot oil. Rinse the meat and add it. Add water and spices, cook for approx. 1

1/2 hours. Remove peel from vegetables, rinse, cut into pieces and cook for about 20 minutes. Remove meat, cut into slices. Return to the stew form. Season to taste. Serve with parsley.
