Soak the white bean seeds in water for one night, drain and then boil in

water for about 90 minutes. Remove the peel from the potatoes and cut them into cubes, clean and rinse the carrots and cut them into slices. Blanch the tomatoes

blanch (scald), skin, remove the seeds and dice the flesh. Clean the leek, rinse and cut into rings. Add the vegetables with iodized salt to the beans form and simmer for 15 min. In the meantime, clean and dice the zucchini. Add the diced zucchini, tk beans and macaroni to the saucepan and do everything together for another 15 min.

For the basil paste, peel the garlic cloves, coarsely crush in a mortar iodized salt with pepper and basil leaves. Add a little Parmesan cheese and mix everything together, adding a little olive oil to make a paste. Continue adding cheese and oil alternately until both are used up, stirring and rubbing well to make a smooth paste. Stir the pistou into the hot soup as you like.
