Instructions:

Peel the onions, chop finely, sauté in hot oil.

Clean the vegetables, cut them into small pieces, add them and steam everything together for 10 minutes until soft.

Pour in the cold water and add lovage and possibly other herbs to taste.

Cover, bring to a slow boil and simmer gently at low temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes, otherwise the clear soup will become cloudy.

Pour the finished soup through a sieve and process or use as desired.
