For the vegetable ragout, sauté the leek and garlic in a little oil. Add the mixed vegetables and also sauté a little. Pour in whipping cream and bring to the boil.

Add the spinach and steam on low heat for about 10 minutes. Then melt the cream cheese in the sauce, season with salt and pepper and stir in the Ajvar.

Season again and serve.
