Instructions:

For the vegetable casserole, preheat oven to 210 degrees Celsius.

Peel and cook the potatoes, then cut into slices. Wash and clean the remaining vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut bacon into small cubes. Remove stalks from green beans, cut into halves or thirds depending on size and steam or boil for eight to ten minutes until firm to the bite.

Butter a baking dish, place potato slices in it, season with salt and pepper and pour half of the crème fraîche over it.

Layer the remaining vegetables mixed with shrimp and bacon on top and season with salt and pepper as well.

Sprinkle with the cheese and add the remaining crème fraîche. Pour in the wine and cream and bake the vegetable casserole in the oven for forty-five minutes.
