Instructions:

For the vegan gravy, chop the onion and garlic. Fry the onion in a pan with oil. Add the flour and fry.

Roast the garlic as well. Add vegetable soup, stirring constantly, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix well cornstarch with soy sauce, stir in and bring to a boil again. Season with salt and pepper and puree.

Arrange the vegan gravy and serve.
