Instructions:

Finely dice the onion and sauté in butter until translucent. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry briefly. Add mushrooms and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

Remove meat and mushrooms, season with pepper, season with salt and keep warm. Melt the remaining butter in the drippings and stir in flour until lightly browned. Extinguish with clear soup and let it bubble up while stirring. Add coffee cream and wine and simmer gently. Add meat and mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.

Add parsley and season everything together.

Serve with rösti and green salad.
