For the layered dessert, puree 150 g vanilla soy yogurt with the strawberries and chia seeds in a stand mixer and pour into 2 glasses, allow to set slightly.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of tenderly melting oat flakes on each. Cut melon into cubes or cut out balls and place on top.

Sprinkle blueberries on top, pour the rest of the vanilla soy yogurt and decorate with some fruits.
