For the Valentine’s Day croissants, dissolve yeast in water and make a dampfl with a little of the flour. When the dampfl bubbles, add all the other ingredients and knead a nice yeast dough. Let it rest for about an hour.

Then roll out the dough, cut it into triangles and shape them into croissants. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with pink glitter sugar. Let rise for another half hour, then bake the Valentine’s Day croissants at 180 °C for about 12 to 15 minutes.
