UFO Meatballs

For the UFO meatballs, first knead the minced meat, eggs, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons of water, pepper and salt into a uniform mass.

Form the minced meat into 12 balls. Fry them in hot fat and let them cool down.

Cut the meatballs in half and put one half on each skewer. Place 1 slice of cucumber, 1 slice of sausage, 1 slice of cucumber and the other half of the meatball in the middle of the skewer.
