Instructions:

Drain the tofu well and mash it with a potato ricer. Mix with the fresh cream, season with salt and pepper and then divide the amount evenly between 2 bowls.

Preparation Tofu with Asian vegetables :

Cut the shiitake mushroom heads and fry them briefly in sesame oil.

Blanch the finely diced carrots and snow peas, rinse and drain. Mix tofu mixture, mushrooms and vegetables and season with soy sauce, chili and coriander. Shape the mixture into 4 cm dia. balls by means of a ring and perhaps freeze them slightly. Then turn in breadcrumbs to the other side and bake leisurely until done.

Preparation Tofu with green pepper:

Stir tofu mixture with salt, green pepper and parsley. Form the quantity also with the ring and also slightly frost. Stir through the egg and whipped cream. Turn the formed taler in flour at the beginning, then in egg with whipped cream on the other side and finally roll in breadcrumbs. Fry the breadcrumbs in hot oil for about 3 minutes, until they retain a light browning. Turn the dumplings to the other side and fry them for 3 minutes as well. Then drain on kitchen roll.

Preparation starfruit chutney:

Remove the core from the star fruit and cut into small cubes. Boil sugar and water. Add the spices and cook until syrupy. Add the starfruit cubes and cook briefly (or to the desired consistency).
