Cut turkey breast into small cubes and fry in a pan with a little oil until cooked through. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Then finely puree with a hand blender. Chop the fried onion into small pieces. In a bowl, cream the butter until fluffy. Mix in cream cheese and turkey breast. Fold in honey, Marsala, fried onion and lemon juice. Season with chili seasoning, Tabasco, Worcester sauce and pepper.
