Instructions:

For turkey cutlets, shred the turkey meat, fry in the oil and remove from the pan. Cut toast ham and bell bell pepper into small cubes and sauté in the drippings.

Add vegetable soup, tomato paste and paprika seasoning and bring to a boil. Put meat back into pan.

Add sliced gherkins, peas and sour cream and season with salt, pepper and cumin.
