Briefly rinse the meat, dry well and cut into 5 cm long, 3 mm thick strips.

Clean the leek, rinse and cut into thin rings.

Rinse the apple, pat dry, quarter, core and divide into thin wedges.

Fry the meat in hot oil in portions and lift out each.

Sauté leek and apples also heartily.

Add the clear soup and marjoram, mix in the cream cheese in small pieces and simmer everything together at a moderate temperature for about 8 min. while stirring frequently.

Cook the meat in it for 2 minutes.

Season with mustard, salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives.
