Preparation Tatar:

Maybe slightly freeze the tuna (Only for people with blunt knives!) Rinse cooled parsley, shake dry and chop finely with the capers. Remove the skin from the onion and chop into small cubes. Mix everything in a baking bowl. Squeeze the lemons and stir the juice with the mustard and add the olive oil. Season the marinade with sugar, salt and pepper. Cut the tuna into very small cubes. Immediately before serving, mix the tuna with the marinade and arrange in the ring.

Preparation Mojo Verde:

Rinse cooled vegetables and cilantro and rub dry. Remove the peel from the garlic. Remove seeds from bell bell pepper and chili. Remove the peel from the lime generously.

Roughly chop the pulp and all other ingredients and put into a hand mixer with the olive oil.

Season with salt and sugar
