For the tuna salad, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, peel and finely chop the onion. Peel the apple, quarter it and cut out the core. Then dice it.

Slice the olives. Drain the tuna and break it up with a fork. Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl and mix together.

Season with salt, pepper, herbs, vinegar and oil. If necessary, add a little sugar and lemon juice. If you like, you can mix in some green salad. It goes well with toasted toast.
