Instructions:

For the tuna pizza, mix flour with yeast. Mix in about 150 ml of lukewarm water, oil and salt with the dough hook of the mixer or a food processor until a well malleable dough is formed. Add a little more water if necessary.

Leave to rise for one hour in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Roll out the dough and place it on the baking sheet.

Peel and roughly chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté onions in it until translucent. Add garlic and paradeis pulp and sauté briefly.

Add tomatoes with juice from the can and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Then boil down without lid, stirring occasionally. Add the basil.

Spread the paradeissugo on the dough. Chop the tuna. Grate the cheese and put it on top with the tuna and olives. Bake at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
