For the tuna omelet, preheat the oven to 185 °C. Drain the tuna and add to the beaten eggs. Mix everything well and mash finely with a fork.

Finally, knead again with one hand and put the “pizza base dough” as a lump on the baking paper of the baking tray.

Flatten the tuna and egg mixture, then flatten with a fork. The base should be thin, as you know it from normal pizzas. Nevertheless, it is important that it is gapless.

Now pre-bake this base dough for 15 minutes. Take the dough out of the oven and topping the pizza as usual. (Spread with tomatoes, season and sprinkle with ham/cheese etc.).

Bake again for about 10 minutes until the cheese is nice and crispy.
