Try this delicious pasta dish:

Rinse endive, cut and place in lukewarm water for 5 min. Open cans of tuna, drain contents on a colander. Cut garlic into small pieces, sauté with finely chopped onion in a tiny bit of olive oil. Chop the anchovy fillets. Add to the onions together with the chopped tuna and capers, season with pepper and simmer over low heat. Cook the pasta in enough salted water until al dente. Then drain, rinse and drain. Grate the carrots, remove the peel from the still warm potatoes and cut them into slices. Dry the lettuce with a spinner. Extinguish the tuna sugo with very little pasta water. Stir in the pasta and let it soak for a short time. Mix vinegar with oil, salt and pressed garlic. Mix endive with carrots, potatoes and marinade. Arrange tuna noodles on warm plates, sprinkle with parsley. Serve with leaf salad drizzled with seed oil.
